Trustee Roberts has worked for the Ventura County Fire Department since 2004 and currently serves as Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor over Training at the Fire Communications Center. He was the elected bargaining chair for SEIU 721’s 2016-2019 contract, representing more than 4,000 County employees. Mr. Roberts graduated with distinction with a Master of Public Administration in Public Sector Management and Leadership from Cal State Northridge, earned a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley, and graduated from the Los Angeles Fire Department Leadership Academy.
