Linda Webb
Retirement Administrator


Linda Webb joined the Ventura County Employees’ Retirement Association (VCERA) as Retirement Administrator in January of 2015. As Administrator, she is responsible for the overall operations of VCERA and reports directly to the Board of Retirement. Previously, she worked in leadership roles for 20 years in public pension systems in Oklahoma. She previously served as the Director of Member Services for the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), an $8.5 billion, 80,000 member system, supervising the Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution (SoonerSave) and Communications Divisions. She received a Governor’s Commendation in 2006 for her work at OPERS.
