Anthony “Tony” Rainey is the owner of Rainey Consulting, which provides private-sector, public-sector and non-profit-sector consulting. He has over 25 years of financial director experience in the federal government, government of the District of Columbia, and municipal governments in Maryland and California. Mr. Rainey is an adjunct faculty member in Information Systems Management of the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) and in Business at California Lutheran University. He is a Commissioner of the Ventura Port District.

Mr. Rainey received an M.S. in Information Systems Management from Seattle Pacific University, an MPA from the University of Washington, and a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California at Berkeley.
