The VCERA Member Self-Service Portal (MSS) is a secure web portal for retirement benefit information for VCERA members and payees. The portal is designed to give VCERA members up-to-date access into their retirement account and benefits. MSS will allow Active and Deferred members to generate retirement benefit estimates, review account balances, check beneficiary information, and more. Retirees and Payees will have the ability to view and print Earnings Statements and 1099-Rs, view deductions and tax withholdings, update contact information, and more.
The Board of Retirement adopts an administrative budget annually and the budget’s purpose is to set the spending limits and to document the spending plan for the year that is needed to fulfill VCERA’s mission.
